She was by far the best sales associate with whom I have ever worked when buying a vehicle. She was kind and courteous, and she went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt absolutely no pressure from her, but, she helped me find the exact car for which I was looking and at the price I could afford. She has checked on how I am enjoying the new car after the sale was completed. I would definitely recommend April if you are even thinking of purchasing a new car. She will give you options without a high-pressure sales pitch. when I am, again, in the market for a new car, I will call April! In the current buying environment, with all sales being online, I knew it would be a “different” experience. My first interaction was with Ana Martin. She helped me through the first steps with great care and attention. Then on to Taylor Destefano. She worked a deal on my first Honda that fit my family’s budget. With the uniqueness of the current buying environment, these ladies made the buying process of my first Honda very pleasant and I’m excited to have an awesome, reliable vehicle to enjoy for years to come! More

Won't Make Things Right / Attempted Fraud Hi. I purchased my 2018 CRV on 9/23/19. It was a train wreck of an experience to say the least. Constant switching of salesman in the beginning, m Hi. I purchased my 2018 CRV on 9/23/19. It was a train wreck of an experience to say the least. Constant switching of salesman in the beginning, missing car keys, cars missing floor mats/accessories, and it took almost 10 hours to purchase a CRV I had picked out when I walked in. The dealership was just all over the place as if they had just opened for the first time that day. To top it off Nadar one of the finance guys actually tried to commit fraud against my family. He fudged numbers on the warranty paperwork and everything. I immediately reported this to the general manager and owner and they both blew me off like I was nuts. When I have physical proof, they did this to us. I lost lots of work and personal time dealing with the is dealership. They sold me a vehicle that needed windshield wiper blades and both cabin and air filters since day 1. I informed them on day 2 of the money I purchased to make the vehicle right and they told me tough luck. I also noticed on day 2 that the CRV they sold us does not have auto headlight on/off function. Heck our 2012 Camry even has this function but they failed to mention this wasn’t present in our CRV. When I asked them to trade this in for another more expensive CRV that head this headlight function they shot me down even though it was within the few day return period. They then took several months to get my car title and get my car registered. They kept blaming PennDot. They like to try and toot their horn with this Ciocca Promise crap. They don’t honor it and don’t live by it. The owner and management appear to be con-artists and I fell for it. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just fell through the cracks and maybe they could make things right. 6 months later and repeated emails to the dealership and the owner and they no longer answer me to attempt to make things right. Even now to this day I would be willing to let Ciocca make things right. I would even buy a brand new CRV with Honda’s Corona virus extended payment plan if they would let me trade in the CRV for what we paid for it. It’s the right thing to do and they keep saying the Ciocca Promise but it’s more like the Ciocca Lie. I would be more than happy to remove or even update this review if they could do a few simple things to make this situation right. You know where to reach me Ciocca. More

Paarth was just amazing to work with, made our experience at the dealership a lot easier and comfortable. He met our needs and exceeded our expectations! And most importantly, we were in and out in a matter of a few hours with a brand new CR-V. Finance was also easy to work with and the dealership overall was very friendly. I would highly recommend Paarth to anyone who is interested in a new vehicle, I have family and friends who are in the market and I will let them know to go to Paarth Kadakia at Ciocca Honda! I wish more dealerships were like Ciocca and had a easy-going and smart sales consultant like Paarth! More

Matt was supposed to go over the vehicle with me but when i got in there Matt was not available but i did get a call from Matt on Monday and he left a message for me to get in touch with him to go over the vehicle. This is exactly what i wanted from not only the dealership but more importantly the salesmen that sold me the car. Its important for the customer to know that the salesmen won't forget who you are after you make the purchase. I do not want to overlook Devon Huston she was very nice to talk to and represented your dealership very well. More
