Went to Ciocca Honda in harrisburg and purchased a used Honda Accord EX L. I was running a little late. My salesman sent me texted videos of the two Accords I was interested in. So good that I was willing to drive 3.5 hours from NY with my 3 month ol CR-V for a while and found a great deal at Ciocca on a certified Honda CR-V. Went to this dealer and bought a car. We were under the impression that they fixed the 2 issued we mentioned that we were promised they would take care of. Was told the battery was serviced, that the batte impression that they fixed the 2 issued we mentioned that we were promised they would take care of. Was told the battery was serviced, that the battery was good, and the terminals were changed. Come to find out the terminals were not changed, they were just sprayed with anti corrosion spray. Took the car from the dealership to the store, when we came out the car battery was dead. We then had to go back in to buy a new battery to replace it since it was so dead that it wouldn’t even jump. It was a great time while it was 34 degrees out with 30mph winds. Thanks Ciocca, I’ll be sure to never buy from this location again! More
