This was one of the reasons that we made the long trip to this dealership, but the quality and condition of this Ridgeline was the main reason. One Happy Honda Owner!! We live over an hour away from Ciocca Honda, but we saw a certified Civic with 20k miles, in perfect condition online and really wanted to check it ou We live over an hour away from Ciocca Honda, but we saw a certified Civic with 20k miles, in perfect condition online and really wanted to check it out. We were disappointed to go all that distance to find that there was a dent to the rear bumper. Alexander was super-nice, courteous and easy to deal with!!! He knew how far we drove and really wanted us to get into that car. He spoke with his superiors, came back, asked us if we would be interested in the car, as long as Ciocca promised to repair the damage. We agreed, test drove it and ended up buying it and taking it home that night. There was confusion as to which Ciocca could fix the car, so we took it to a Ciocca Dealer in our area but they said they couldn’t fix it, because they didn’t have a body shop and the bumper would need to be replaced. Long story short, Jeff Nelson called us and made an offer for someone to drive a loaner car to us, pick up our car, take it back down to the dealership, fix it and then drive it back to us and get their loaner car back and that is exactly what they did!! They really went above and beyond to fulfill their promise to us and for that, we are truly grateful!! Thanks to Alexander and everyone else involved, you made it well worth the drive!! More
