Had a 1:30 appointment to assess a tire losing air. We arrived early and waited in the lounge (complementary drinks and wifi). At a mechanic's pay rate 90 minutes could buy a new (albeit cheap) tire. More

Repaired a tire for me, which I was grateful for, but did not put spare back into the spot it goes in the car (just left it for me to put away myself) and did not vacuum the car.
