Jeff did an excellent job in presenting and answering any questions we had about the truck. He was extremely personable and courteous in putting up with all the questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completely right about the truck and the deal. We walked out last night with a vehicle and a remembrance of excellent service from the team. James did a very good job in describing the benefits of an extended maintenance agreement but at the end we decided not to purchase. Just didn't want to spend the extra money now, willing to take our chances on any issues that might come up. I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Ciocca Honda. This is my first lease with Ciocca Honda. I previously leased from Faulker Honda in Harrisburg. I was feeling a little less satisfied with Faulkner Honda on a few occasions. I was in search of possibly leasing from a different dealership. I was not even sure I was going to stay with Honda. I was scheduled to turn in my lease at Faulkner when I called Ciocca Honda on a whim. I spoke with Matt Buller and he was so kind and sincere, I ended up scheduling an appointment with him instead. He took his time to really help me get exactly the car and price I wanted. He really takes pride in his business relationships and it shows. Matt Buller was an excellent and very thorough sales representative. He presented himself as one who cares and is concerned with giving the customer the best buying experience possible. The general manager was likewise personable and concerned with quality customer service. The only suggestion I would make to the dealership is that when I decline the extended warranty the first or second time then don't continue to try and sell me the product. That aside, the experience was very good and for that my wife and I are grateful. More

He was polite, genuine, and very patient, as I had planned to visit several dealerships this weekend to find the right Camry. I was also greeted personally by the manager and several other salespersons. Long story short, Coz made me feel like I did not need to look further.
