I did not have a pre-arranged appointment, but that did not deter the Ciocca staff from promptly assisting me in my decision-making process. James Jimenez went above and beyond what one would expect by returning to the dealership after he had completed his work day to be available to assist me with the document processing and financing aspects in case I needed those services. When I arrived that night, I had not even decided whether I wanted to lease a vehicle, purchase a new one, or opt for a used car. Salesman Tyler Lewis spent the time with me discussing my options, talking through my needs and thoughts about the different vehicles available. While on the various test drives, Tyler answered my very direct questions about various aspects of each vehicle specifically and honestly. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicles I was considering. Both James and Tyler conducted themselves in a very courteous and professional manner, answered my many questions regarding the options available and assisted me in becoming comfortable with actually making a decision right then. Dylan was a friendly and very professional sales associate. He did everything he could to make our experience comfortable and very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehichles. We told him our exact "wants". Everything from seating, budget, mileage, all the way down to car color and interior color. They happen to the exact Pilot on the lot that checked every single one of our boxes. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We feel so blessed that everything came together the way it did and so thankful for all of Dylan's hardwork--the guy literally runs from area to area to make sure he gets what you need as quickly as possible. Top notch customer service at Ciocca!! Byran helped pull all of the financials and paper work together. Byran is extremely friendly, caring and organized. The most dreaded process of paperwork in buying a new car was made so simple with Bryan's expertise and organization. He explained everything and gave visuals that allowed us to see the benefits and downsides of the different warranty plans. In the end we chose the Platinum option based on the extreme thought and care that Honda and specifically Ciocca Honda offers their customers. We walked away feeling so blessed and a little spoiled!! We are so happy we decided to stop in--we had no idea we would be walking away with a new vehicle. But these guys are good and made it all come together for us! 2011 Honda Pilot Jeff Romero was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He really made the transaction feel comfortable. I personally wouldn't recommend financing through them. I was approved prior to coming in thankfully but the gentleman that tried to get my application was not pleasant or encouraging. His demeanor didn't match the buildings atmosphere I received when getting a personal tour. I felt very uncomfortable. He made me feel defensive and caused the interaction to become stressful for no reason at all. Besides that uncomfortable interaction, they could have someone greet sooner .. I felt odd standing there waiting for help.. almost like there wasn't much ergancy. The associate that finalized the bill of sale is also AMAZING. He really did a good job explaining everything and making it all seem special. Also, the service center/garage associate Graham is super friendly and gives off a good genuine interaction.
