I knew what model, color, trim level, and price I wanted to pay. I had done my homework and since I knew what I wanted to buy, I was really shopping for my dealer. I made initial contacts through the internet, and the first reply came from Suzy Simonelli at Ciocca. I told her what I wanted and she made an appointment for me with Phil Young. Suzy's quick response and communication with Phil before my appointment impressed me. Then I met Phil. From the start it was clear he is honest, frank, thoughtful, and thorough. We had a great visit and a test drive in the closest Ridgeline they had on the lot. Phil knows his products, and while I had done a lot of research, he really helped me learn more about what I wanted. There were some things I wanted the Ridgeline to have, that it just doesn't have. Phil made no bones about what the product is and is not. You've got to give him credit for being able to tell a customer what they don't want to hear, in an honest up front way! That's when I knew this was where I'd make my deal. I can keep going, but to save time, let me summarize by saying that everyone at the dealership worked very hard to help me find a great Ridgeline, at a very fair price. When it came time to sign the checks, my wife and I met with Phil (who had everything well prepared.) I had the opportunity to work with the Service department to install accessories I purchased when I bought the truck. Very positive group and they really worked with me to get that work done. I highly recommend Ciocca; it is a great group of people who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Well done guys. More

My husband and I just got our second car from Ciocca Honda & Phil Young in 1 month. We bought a 2014 CRV about 2 weeks prior to the 2015 Fit purchase. Phil was friendly and patient with us, as we made our decision to do the second car. Phil was knowledgeable in all aspects of the car's features, and kept us up to date on when it would arrive. We bought our first CRV from Ciocca almost 7 years ago. We will not have a need for a new car for awhile, but when we do we will be returning to Ciocca Honda. And we hope Phil Young will be there to help us. Also, good staff when you need your car serviced or repaired. More

Great overall experience! I had been browsing for a "new" vehicle for several weeks now. I did browse this lot a couple of times during the off hours and had looked at other lots online. Ultimately, I was referred to Ciocca by a friend of a friend; a former customer; specifically to Senior Sales Consultant, Phil Young. My expectation was to go into the lot, meet Phil, get into talking numbers, and then go home and "think about it." Instead, I happily left the lot today having leased a 2014 CRV...thanks to the great service of Phil Young. He was initially friendly and made me feel at home. His positive attitude and encouragement eased my anxiety of "not having the best credit." He listened to what I wanted and to my personal story, and asked me a few questions then very easily came up with the plan that was best for me- which was above and beyond what I thought to be possible. He went after my goal (with the pressure of my friend and my referral at my side, and my Father- a former car salesman- on the phone long-distance from TN), and made it happen fairly quickly. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. The customer service of he and his co-workers (those who's paths I crossed along the steps of making this transaction happen) was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Mr. Phillip Young to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More
