Leasing worked for us, and we really apprecated Joe's perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. He's just the kind of person you want to work with in a process like this. We have since moved about an hour away. We drove the hour to Ciocca to turn in our lease and look at new options because of the overall service, but most importantly because of Joe. Superb Knowledge of Honda Vehicles I was in the market for a new Sedan and grew up on Honda, but have been driving a Nissan for the last 9 years, Phillip Young was able to portray such I was in the market for a new Sedan and grew up on Honda, but have been driving a Nissan for the last 9 years, Phillip Young was able to portray such a knowledge of Honda's technology and features that I felt as though I read through the manual an understood the operations of the vehicle before we even started the test drive. He knew what points were important and was clear and concise. Phil and his manager were very willing to work with me through the purchase and get me into that car that I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. The only issue that I had was post purchase when I went to get the paint and interior protector applied. The Service department forgot to set up my rental car reservation and cost me an hour an a half of work. Went to pick up the vehicle and noticed that they had a minor chip in the hood from the tech. The Service Manager Greg Long was Wonderful and is in the process of working with Collision to get it fixed for me. Thank you everyone at Ciocca for a Wonderful Experience!! He worked with my Wife and I to find the color vehicle we wanted, plus explained the differences between EX LX etc. Phil also worked with me, to make sure I had a win-win deal between the dealership and my wife and I. Then when I had some second-thoughts he provided further information to assure me I was making a good decision. Regarding the settlement process, our deposit was not accounted for correctly, however this issue was promptly corrected. Regarding the selling of extended warranties/service agreements I would have liked more time to compare numbers and felt somewhat pressured. So there is some room for improvement there, but I don’t believe this reflects on Phil. More

He was very knowledgeable about the car. Most important to us, though, was that he listened to what we wanted in a car and explained what we could expect from the Honda. To our surprise, after driving another car that evening, we settled on a CPO Pilot that Ciocca had on its lot. We give Phil a lot of credit for helping us think through our purchasing decision. I was at a different Honda dealer to get a price on a new 2014 CRV EXL. I wanted a trailer hitch which they agreed to at no extra cost. Phil got me the trailer hitch plus floor mates, splash guards and wheel locks at the same price as the other dealer. I did not experience the service department yet, since I just brought the car home today but I am sure it is as good as the sales department. More
