Without a doubt, a pleasant experience! After 11 years of marriage, I know that dealing with my wife isn't too easy. Phil & Andrew figured that one out in a few hours in mid April. We both have busy schedules all day, everyday; but I swear she spends a few hours each night researching vehicles. I've heard her say she's wanted to get a "newer" Odyssey for about 2 years. Then she wanted a Pilot, then an Odyssey, and then who knows what. Phil was awesome. He asked all the right questions, gave real life experiences and helped her figure it all out. I was blown away when she decided she was going for a 2014. We've never bought new. This time we did. Andrew was extremely easy to work with. They both maintained a great sense of humor while simultaneously displaying their professionalism. Phil is very knowledgeable about the product, and that shows in his confidence. As most people would, we had to window shop at other dealerships. I told my wife over the weekend that I wanted to buy from Phil at Ciocca. I didn't care what we purchased, as long as it was from him. We've had our previous Odyssey serviced at Ciocca for years. I wanted to check out some Honda's for my wife reene. I only live about 10 minutes away from Ciocca Honda Dealer. I encountered Phil, after leaving my truck on the way to the door. Phil was standing outside with some other sales people. He approached me, asking if he can help me. I told him that I was looking for information on some Honda's for my wife Reene. we went inside and I told him about my wife and what she was looking for. But to give him a head up on her. She is a tough gal. Well I got her to go back to the dealership to talk with Phil. He did a great job on explaining to my wife Reene about the Honda CRV. He showed us some cars and I believe wanted to see what he could do to help her on a purchase. She was rough on him, but he stayed right with her. He told her that he had a pre-owned 2013 CDV that was traded earlier. Well my wife told him that monthly payment that she wanted and so he was able to work out the figures for her. Phil Young is a great man and he listened to Reene to help her. We had been to other dealer ships, my wife has a 2005 Mustang, and would not trade it in for another car period. Well to make it short, my wife purchased the 2013 CRV today May 29th. and even took out an extended coverage as well. Phil went over the entire car with us, it made Reene feel more confortable with the car. After we arrived home she said that the CRV drove better then her Mustang. And I said, I told you the trade the Mustang. Because after awhile driving the CRV your not going to want to drive that Mustang any more. We come from a Ford family. I feel that she will be happy with this car. The whole experience at the Dealer was great and everyone was wonderful to us. Made you feel at home. Phil is very knowledgeable man and did a great job.
