Looking at a VW Jetta I test drove the 2005 Volkswagen Jetta with Nicholas Cook, someone who works together with Alex. I also met Andy and Sean. Stephanie was wonderful at answering questions and providing me with the information I requested for the 2001 Jeep Laredo I was interested in and ultimately purchased. She was extremely friendly, personable, professional, and flexible from the beginning to the end. I then worked with Nick to finalize the transaction, and he too was wonderful to work with. Normally, I do not look forward to car shopping but working with the team at Ciocca Honda totally changed my tune. They are beyond incredible! I cannot sing their praises enough and strongly recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to check them out. She impressed us as having a goal of trying to meet our needs rather than just selling us a vehicle. She gave us very detailed instructions on the navigation system and other features of the car. We were so well attended to by Amy, General Manager Andy Guelcher, Tony and Andrew in the Finance Department, and other staff who, while not working directly with us, made it a point to welcome us and make sure we had drinks and anything else to make us comfortable. The neatness, cleanliness, and lighting of the showroom and restrooms were also impressive. This is a dealership that seeks to establish a long-term relationship from the moment a customer steps onto their premises. More

I owned Honda's for the last 23 years and knew what I wanted and working with Andrew Wallett made a difference with me and my wife buying the car their. There wasn't no pressure on buying all the extra's and I told him clearly on what I wanted and he honestly respected that. After visiting several dealerships and test driving other makes, on I have been driving a 1998 Olds Intrigue and knew I needed to shop for a new car. After visiting several dealerships and test driving other makes, one of my friends suggested I visit Ciocca Honda and ask for Phillip Young. My friend was a very happy customer and said Phil was the best car salesman she ever had. I found Phil to be very helpful, completely knowledgeable about the Honda Accords that I looked at and really put me at ease. I'm not very technically oriented and I know if I have any questions Phil will be there to help me. I will certainly recommend Ciocca Holda and Phillip Young to all my friends. Very Friendly Dealership After visiting several dealers in search of a new car, I was directed to this dealership through my insurance company. It was 160 miles away so my hu After visiting several dealers in search of a new car, I was directed to this dealership through my insurance company. It was 160 miles away so my husband and I were taking a chance that they would meet our expectations. We were promptly met when we came through the door, unlike previous ones where we had to wait around and ask to see a sales associate. We were given a brief tour of the sales area and met up with Ed King who would assist us. We already knew which car we wanted and our price had already been arranged by our insurance company, so it was just determining what the trade in value of our car to seal the deal. Ed showed us the new vehicle and explained all the safety features, some I did not know, so that was very helpful. Although he was fairly new at his position, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Sure, we would have liked to have received a higher amount on our trade in, but they worked with us and we came to an agreement quickly. None of the employees we met were pushy, all were very friendly and seemed to care about the customers. I would definitely recommend this dealership and if I lived closer, would take my new car there for service. More
