Ciocca Honda Rocks!!!! and then some! My wife and I decided it was time to find a replacement for the Toyota Rav-4 we have owned for almost 14 years and at the behest of our gear-head son My wife and I decided it was time to find a replacement for the Toyota Rav-4 we have owned for almost 14 years and at the behest of our gear-head son took his advice and started looking at Honda. After some debate we decided to look on the internet at what my son's recommendation. My wife fell in love with the Honda CR-V at first sight. With trepidation we went "window shopping" at Faulkner's first. Certified or New that particular dealership seemed OVER priced from the get go. I don't know what "pre-owned certified" entails but apparently Faulkner doesn't care about the condition of the body or how much they charge because their pre-owned looked post-apocalyptic. The condition and the costs were an immediate turn off. Then we took the advice of friends who have dealt with Ciocca and couldn't be happier! Impressive was the ability to pre schedule a test drive. We received a call the next day to confirm our time (thanks Nicole!) and was assured that the car my wife was interested in would be available. Ed King took the time to call again and confirm what we interested in before we drove to the showroom. We arrived early and saw a whiteboard with the name of the salesman, our name, and our appointment in the entryway. That made us feel like we were important enough to warrant their attention. After a tour of their facilities and a test drive I was sold. There was no pressure tactics like you find if you walked onto a lot without prior notice that makes you feel as if you MUST buy that minute. The Financing officer told us he would walk us through the options from A, B, C, D, and E. When we said we wanted A and E to compare he was understanding and before we knew I was asking for a pen to write the check. It was refreshing to have someone LISTEN to us as the customer rather than being treated as another sucker to be forgotten about after we drove off the lot. I am an American-brand shopper, never thinking I would by a foreign vehicle, but I am a convert only because of the treatment we received from Ed King and the staff of Ciocca. If only other dealerships and salespeople could adopt the attitude of Ciocca! What a pleasure to deal with a dealership that puts the customer ahead of the profit!!! I am sold on Ciocca and its staff. We've had the car for 48 hours and everyone we know are now contemplating trading in their vehicles and buying or leasing from Ciocca! More

Best car buying experience EVER at Ciocca Honda! We began our search for a new family vehicle online and after much research (safety ratings, fuel economy, functionality) decided on the Honda Odyssey. This decision lead us to a search for a Honda dealership, in which we found Ciocca Honda. Once we conveyed our interest in the Honda Odyssey online, we were immediately sent information regarding the exact vehicle available for purchase, then contacted by Stephanie Yamasaki to set up an appointment for a test drive with Joe Barone, our sales professional extraordinaire. The moment we walked in the dealership we were greeted with friendly faces and kind words. Joe greeted us at our appointment time, then sat down with us to talk, giving helpful tips and knowledge of the Odyssey we did not have. After which, he showed us the vehicle, thoroughly going through eat feature and detail of the Odyssey, which helped us feel confident we had chosen the right vehicle (and dealership). He helped us even further by convincing us to look for a lower APR through another company than the one we had previously gotten approval for a loan. Matt Cole and Tony Kertulis worked together and was able to land us a deal that was 4 points LOWER than the loan deal we had found on our own. A huge THANKS to the both of you! They even threw in a few extras, which made our decision to buy irresistible. Ciocca is also very family friendly. While my husband filled out the paperwork, I played in the kiddie corner with our 5 and 6 year olds. There were so many things for them to do that they were occupied the whole time. One friendly female employee even gave them balloons, which they both loved (and a replacement when the balloons were let go). Life saver! In closing, I was very impressed with Ciocca Honda and would without a doubt recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. The friendliness and customer service we received was outstanding. The staff was effecient and knowledgeable. Overall, the BEST car buying experience we've had ever. More
