I found the car I was interested in on Ciocca Website and decided to take a drive to the dealership. Gregory Birge was our first contact as we arrived. I told him which car I was interested in and as he checked for the vehicle and got the keys to take a drive he made us feel right at home. He showed the CR-V’s features, highlighted the technology and capabilities and was able to further answer our questions about the CR-V. Greg was easy to work with and his attention to detail brought us to make the decision to buy our new CR-V. We decided to take our car home after some options were added in two days. The day we went to pick it up and waited for the completion of the vehicle’s delivery service everyone made sure we were comfortable and several times offered food or drink to us. Even the staff who were not involved in our purchase made a sincere effort to talk to us. GREAT place and GREAT people. The entire team that helped us were professional and friendly. I would recommend Ciocca Honda. More

Experience was good. Really liked Phil as he is a very personable sales man and not really pushy which I don't like from most dealerships. Only one complaint. Overall our experience was excellent, from the time we walked into Ciocca, we were treated with respect and courtesy. All of our questions were answered thoroughly by our salesman, Joe Barone. I took my daughter in looking for a reliable used car that I would feel comfortable with putting her in. I was greeted by Phil Young and explained why I was there and that I was there to see one specifi that I would feel comfortable with putting her in. Phil treated my daughter and I with nothing but respect and ask us questions that would help him find the best car for us. He was not just concerned about selling a car but was also concerned that we got the right vehicle for us. We test drove a vehicle that was not a brand that the dealership sold but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and we pulled over and he continued to show us features that the car offered. Phil is a very professional and knowledgeable saleman and is truly concerned about his clients. Everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and I have had mulitple emails to follow up on my purchase and make sure everything is going good with our new purchase. I will definatley make another purchase in the future at this dealership and would recommend everyone I know to also check out the dealership. More
