"Service Department Not So Great"

On 8/2/2018 at 4:51 PM I called to check on the status of my repair - I was told that the "tech" would call back. The tech never called me. It would have been nice is this person at least told me the department closed at 5:00 PM. Two hours later around 6:50 PM I called back and was told that the "Service Department" had left at 5:00 PM (recall notice says they close at 8:00 PM) and I would need to call back the next day in the morning - as I was talking to the sales department now. I told them I needed my car and need to talk to someone in charge. I spoke to a sales manager, who agreed to called the general manager (after I threatened to call the police for stealing my car) about the whereabouts of my car, the status of the repairs, why 6 hours today wasn't enough to fix it, and why no one called me back per my previous call at 4:51 PM. It is 7:34 PM and I am not going to hold my breath on receiving a phone call anytime soon. What a joke. You have had my car 30 hours for an 11:00 AM appointment for two routine recall repairs and now it will most likely be 48 hours before I get my car back. At NO point has anyone given me any phone call back or even told me if the car was repaired. What a joke. Is that the type of service you stand behind?

What a joke. I emailed the General Manager and Service Manager directly. If those"managers" actually cared and wanted to make it "right" they would have called me - they got my number - and explained why the tech didn't completely finish the job on 8/2 in 6 hours. This is just PR damage control.

"Get what you ask for and pay for!"

Connecting to the Service department is the only downfall I've experienced. I have been on hold for lengthy times, and it is annoying. Ciocca should invest in some help for his Service Team. Some of the Service Reps are Fantastic, some sound like they don't want to be speaking to the customer, maybe burned out, maybe they need a new career. Ciocca?? Once you have a Service Rep that cares, you are treated very well. I have asked a lot of questions, and have asked for costs, before the service is done. They have ALWAYS done exactly what was asked for, and the bill was ALWAYS as quoted before the service began! My wife and I have purchased sets of tires for both cars, and Ciocca had very competitive pricing, and there were no surprises after the work was done! The ONLY surprise, is when they find a way to package the service for a discounted cost!!! After the service is complete! Excellent...

"Extensive body damage to truck caused by mechanics "

Took my 2017 Ridgeline in for an oil change and tire rotation and a mechanic hit it in the bay, causing extensive damage to truck bed. The driver's side panel was dented enough to make the tail gate useless as well as a 3-4 inch hole was put in the side bumper and tail light was cracked through. It took Ciocca 3.5 weeks to return the car, blaming inadequate or incorrect parts from Honda for delay in repair. My husband was informed by the body shop that regardless of when the parts were received they had the repair scheduled over one week from the initial damage. It felt as if we were inconveniencing Ciocca with the expectation of quick turn around time. After the repair was finished, the truck's body work is in pristine condition, as it should be, though time will tell if everything was done correctly. Besides this incident, the customer service from all departments in mediocre and the communication is terrible. Also lightning does strike twice at Ciocca, as my aunt took her Accord in for an appointment and it was also hit in the mechanics' bay. My damage was caused November 2017 and hers occurred this past week, December 2017.

The car had a oil leak, the technician told me it was my fault, he showed me and yes it was. But when he put the car back together, it had loose bolt, missing bolts, the guy bend in the fenders, im trying to get in contact with the manager, left him some messages, but never heard from him. Not good.

"Excellent service received"

We purchased our 2014 Honda CRV nearly a year ago and had only put about 5,000 miles on it but we took it in for the yearly inspection and an oil change last week. We conveniently made the appointment on line but called to move it up a few hours when we realized we could get there earlier (we live 2 1/2 hours away). We were treated very nicely by both the receptionist and Chris (the service tech). The work was done in a little over an hour while we waited in the waiting room. Everyone was very professional and we were on our way after a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to give them our business in the future. Thanks Ciocca! "Safety NOT a priority"

Purchased Certified used Honda with completely unusable seatbelt. Service more concerned about making a buck than assuring safety. Not covered by warranty; not their problem.
