I was pleasantly surprised that I dealt with the sales person Marcus from start to finish who then did a soft hand off to the finance person Chris. I had a budget that I needed to stick to and was not sure I would be able to accomplish what I wanted to within those parameters. I expected to leave with a lesser model, not as nice or new as what I ended up with, but was presented with a great offer because the salesperson worked with me and actually listened to what I had to say regarding my budget. He was respectful of my position and worked to meet me very near what I had told him I could afford. I left with a 2017 model that had many more bells and whistles than I expected. More
