Broken promises, lies, and utter Horrible experience... Regret giving a previous good review BEFORE picking up our certified used Santa Fe Sport. Broken promises, lies, and utter B.S. is all we've gotten since we picked our car up after the body work and detailing were SUPPOSED to be done as part of the agreement on the sale. This was a promise made right to my face by Adam, sales manager. Ha! What a joke! Not only is the work not done properly, we are still waiting for a second key, which is supposed to come with a certified used vehicle. We wouldn't even have any of the paperwork, including the temporary registration, if we wouldn't have asked for it. Come on, do your job and do it right! They never return our phone calls, never apologize for all of their inadequacies, and always act like it's our fault that we're dissatisfied. How ironic that when you call them, they say customer satisfaction is their top priority. Don't be deceived, they do not care at all once you sign the dotted line. More
