This dealership is not worth your time and may end up costing you.... My recent purchase as a repeat customer to this dealership has been a really bad experience and I learned a lot of lessons. They operate on a high pressure sales approach in which they practically force you to take posession of a vehicle without paying, having a trade there to be evaluated, or even if they closed 2 hours before. Then once the deal is signed they start to change what they said and what's included. They also have cars posted on their website that are listed w/vin numbers but the model is not the true model of that vin. Avoid them at all costs! Their sales manager Chris Bennett is the most condescending arrogant sales person I have ever dealt with. He could care less about whether you go away as a happy customer and will tell you so with a smile on his face while lying right to yours. They don't care about their customers, they don't care if you are a repeat customer, they don't care if you left their dealership happy. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THE MOST MONEY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU, EVEN IF IT'S DONE DISHONESTLY! More
I went in to test drive a Legacy to find that the car was not up to par. I talked to the sales person about other cars I was looking into and than began the BS. I told him the other car (Acura TL) had HID an not up to par. I talked to the sales person about other cars I was looking into and than began the BS. I told him the other car (Acura TL) had HID and several other options. He told me that Honda/Acura and BMW and MB are going to stop making their HID headlights because they get stolen. Now, a year later and we know that was BS and it does not take a year or 5 min to figure that out. Called there several weeks ago about another car and got the run around and was very rude. More

We finalized and agreed with the salesperson on one price and when I went in to sign the papers they showed me the same price on the Bill of Sale but then we started discussing other extra options and only then I signed the Bill of Sale that was given to me. When I happened to check the papers again at home a couple of weeks later I saw that they had a different price on the Bill of Sale, $700 more then what we agreed on and what I saw originally on the Bill of Sale. My wife was with me and she saw the same thing so the only thing I can think of is that they switched papers at the last moment on me. I would caution anyone dealing with this dealership and better yet just stay away from them all together! More
