Hi, my name is Gary. The dealer has given me the runaround for five months for service contract that the lending department said to get so I can get a lower interest rate. They also told me if I canceled within a month I would be refunded $2518. Now it’s been five months having a manager. Tell me that a check was in their possession and after changing from the original lender to a new lender, the money seems to have disappeared. I think the only thing to do is call Attorney General’s office and see a lawyer.

If you are interested in being Humiliated , ignored and having your name tarnished please make your way down to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage on January 24 2026. I am a Maryland resident and purchased from Gateway due to a family member referring me. As of March 2 2026 , I still do not have plates on my vehicle. My temporary tags expired on Feb 22 2026. I contacted the dealership regarding my plates because I did not hear anything. On February 10 , they finally "supposedly " began to work on my tags and registration. My car was towed on March 1 due to my tags being expired. I then had to pay $320 to get my car returned to me and also spend additional funds to go to the tow yard. I then was told by the dealership to contact Maryland's motor Vehicle because the third party that is used for out of state tags informed them that i have an insurance hold. I contacted MVA and was informed that Gateway never sent over my trade in agreement so Maryland placed a lien hold on my account. MVA informed me that they had no record from Gateway that the car was purchased . I also was made aware that Gateway never submitted any needed documentation within the 30 day time frame . I then spoke with Ms Lisa who handles tags, she stated that she contacted the third party and they stated they have never submitted any of the needed documentation. I then had to take off of work and go to my Local MVA and provide them with the trade in agreement for the hold to be removed from my account . This entire situation has continued to be a complete nightmare and inconvenience. Lastly , I have continued attempting to contact the dealership asking to speak with the Sales Manager Anthony and I have continued to get the run around and never received a call back . This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. I love Kia overall , but after this experience i'm not really sure how long I will remain a customer. Today is March 5 and I still have not heard from any management at Gateway Kia to rectify this issue. So before you head over to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick just think to yourself if you would like to experience being lied to, ignored and humiliated. Sincerely a very Dissatisfied Customer

RUN, DON’T WALK… AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This was hands down one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. This dealership acquired an SUV I was interested in through an auction from Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne. I called and spoke with a sales associate, Logan, to confirm that the vehicle was available and to verify pricing before making the trip from out of town. On a recorded line, I specifically asked him to confirm both that the SUV had been received and that they would honor the listed price of $27,995 from the previous dealership. Logan told me it “shouldn’t be a problem” and said he would confirm with his manager. He later CALLED me back to confirm the price and even followed up with a text confirming my appointment date, time, and location. Based on that, I finalized travel plans. The morning of my appointment, everything fell apart. Logan began providing completely inconsistent information — first saying the SUV had been purchased again by another dealership, then saying it wouldn’t be available until Monday, and then claiming it was still at the previous dealership. All of this while I was already on my way for a scheduled appointment. Then, about an hour later, Logan called again and completely changed the story — stating that they could not honor the price he previously confirmed and that they would instead have to sell the vehicle at the price they paid at auction which was higher. I escalated to the sales manager, Tony, who blamed the situation on Logan being “new” and admitted he wasn’t supposed to confirm pricing over the phone. That’s not the customer’s problem — that’s a failure in training and leadership. I then spoke with the general manager, who refused to take any accountability. He even tried to deny that Logan called me back to confirm pricing, despite me providing phone records showing the exact date, time, and number. To make matters worse, the sales manager, Tony, stated that he would email me the call recording — and never followed through. Instead of correcting the situation, they stood firm on not honoring the price that was clearly communicated and confirmed. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability at every level. I wasted time, money, and energy based on information THEY provided and then refused to stand behind. If you value transparency, honesty, and respect as a customer, take your business elsewhere and work with a dealership that actually knows how to treat serious buyers.

I went in for my second oil change on my lease. Jose and Jennifer are very straight forward, professional, personable and they show they care. It was a wonderful experience with a complimentary car wash inside and out !!. I also needed something from titles and Lisa was exceptional in her handling of my matter. A wonderful visit.
