He is not pushy or loud or aggressive, like something you'd imagine a car salesman to be. In fact it was a very welcoming environment overall, and extremely clean. Edwin went above customer service, even printing out our two year old daughters favorite cartoon for her to color. Also fist bump to Jake over in the finance department who answered all of our questions and went over everything thoroughly to help us understand what everything meant. Great staff, and thanks again Edwin, you made it well worth the four hour drive to Ciocca. More
