Rene, I've spoken to you previously for the customer survey deals I believe. I'm not going to provide my information at this time. I'm sure if anyone in the dealership is paying attention they will know. My biggest issue is when I buy multiple cars for years from the same place and refer a lot of business to the dealership and the sales person I expect at least phone calls returned. I have found that Gregg Ciocca prefers to pass his messages off to others and his management can't seem to have solutions. F&I can't get things straight and my sales person can't return my calls, it shows that no one really cares about the customer. The last vehicle I was sold there I ended up having to trade in elsewhere because I already had dumped $2,500 in repairs into it within 3 months of purchasing it, while finding out the issues were present when I bought the car. The sales managers promised a return call to help resolve the issue and still waiting sense March for the call back. Bob Pavone either isn't receiving his messages or is just ignoring the dozen voice mails I've left. I've had other issues that have been going on for years that still aren't resolved. I also tried to get assistance with receiving a title on a car I purchased and still haven't received a call about that. No problem though I got that fixed.
