( I had originally come in for inspection of my 2012 Legacy) I gave him specifics of what I wanted and he delivered!! Then on to my main salesperson, Bob Pavone. I have been dealing with him since I purchased my first Subaru in 1996. This is my 7th Subaru and my families 14th purchase of Subaru's and all with the same salesperson. That must tell you something about Bob. More

A+ staff exceeds expectations! I was able to test drive several Subaru models and when I decided the Outback was the one for me, Steve Miller found the 2016 vehicle with the package I was able to test drive several Subaru models and when I decided the Outback was the one for me, Steve Miller found the 2016 vehicle with the package I was looking for and it was in stock! Car shopping can be pressure- filled and stressful but Steve, Ray and Mohammad made it a painless one and even stayed past closing time so the purchase could be finalized. Exceptional Car Buying Experience! I really do not enjoy car shopping! I decided to look at Ciocca Subaru in Allentown because of the great online reviews that everyone gave the dealer I really do not enjoy car shopping! I decided to look at Ciocca Subaru in Allentown because of the great online reviews that everyone gave the dealership. I can honestly say that I am so glad I decided to give Ciocca a try! My salesman was Nev Pinnock. He greeted me in the parking lot and made the entire experience about me and what I was looking for. He was very honest and I never felt intimidated or pressured. Every person I encountered was courteous and helpful. The dealership was very busy and Nev sat and talked with me while my car was being detailed and while I was waiting for finance. I highly recommend Nev and the Ciocca dealership, and I know I will be visiting them the next time I need to purchase a car...give them a try! More

Worst service in the universe Last July we took our 2005 Forester in to have the timing belt replaced. While driving the vehicle the car just died. They told us it must be the al Last July we took our 2005 Forester in to have the timing belt replaced. While driving the vehicle the car just died. They told us it must be the alternator so that got replaced pro bono. Here it is 9 months later I am told by the shop who serviced the power steering motor that there sounds like a loose bearing in the alternator. Alternators are suppose to last 100,000-150,000. Someone tell my a reasonable reason why the alternator would go in 9 months/6,000 miles. Worst service center ever! More
