We looked for a specific new Outback model with the Eyesight system and sent email inquiries to dealers that had it. Other dealers sent us emails with no information, just asking us to call. Ciocca sent us, in their first email, an internet price that was below the typical price paid for this car according to internet sources. We drove 2 hours to the dealership and had the most pleasant experience with Dean Moyer showing us the car and taking us for a test drive. He was knowledgeable, calm, and always smiling. His kind tone struck a note with our 5-year-old son who is usually wary of strangers and who enjoyed Dean’s company in the back seat during the test drive. Dean was never hurried, and his comments about the car sounded balanced, in that he emphasized the features he considered more useful, and pointed out the pros and cons of some of the optional things. He spoke from experience because he owns an Outback himself, and this made his comments more reliable. The negotiations were very straightforward. When I picked up the car, John Antigua spent an hours showing me the car’s features. He paired my iPhone with the car and demonstrated to me all the functions I needed to know. The dealership communicated with me frequently by email with useful information, and Dean exchanged several emails himself to address questions I had about insurance and inspection. Back at home, our son said “In the future, I only want to buy a car from Dean…”. I share his feelings. More

I was not a very easy customer, came in wanting the outback but with my monthly limit the numbers didnt work out at no fault to them, they worked very I was not a very easy customer, came in wanting the outback but with my monthly limit the numbers didnt work out at no fault to them, they worked very hard to try and match my monthly payment limit but in the end the outback was out of reach. This actually worked out perfectly, I was able to get top of the line crosstrek with the package i wanted, heated leather seats, moonroof, nav system, which I received a great price on and met my monthly payment limit. Both, Andy and mohammad were very patient and helpful!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a subaru! More

Also my delivery specialist John Antigua gave a very professional and detailed presentation on the operation and use of all the Legacy functions. Took his time and addressed everything; sometimes twice if he thought we were puzzled or had questions.. He even gave us directions to a restaurant in the area. Looking forward to the service and quality of work from the service center. Although my C/U financed the car Mike Vannote went over the paper work and extended warranties with a casual and informative air. A comment my girlfriend made was that I bought a $23,000.00 car and they gave you a Ciocca plastic key holder but when she bought her Honda CRV the dealership gave her the metal Honda key holder that they sell.
