Becoming a member of the Ciocca Subaru Family! I would like to first comment on how wonderful my experience was from the moment I walked into Ciocca Subaru. I had not made an appointment and it was I would like to first comment on how wonderful my experience was from the moment I walked into Ciocca Subaru. I had not made an appointment and it was fairly busy; I almost thought I'd have to come back the next day. I was thankfully wrong and from the moment I was greeted by a man named Ray. He had set me up with an extremely helpful and wonderful lady (whom I unfortunately forget her name, but worked closely with him). She was great; she was not in sales but knew everything about the car and sold it to me. She let me take it for a test drive and we really connected; it made the experience that much greater and it didn't end there. When we got back to parking lot, I was greeted by Greg Fichter. I was told that I would be given nothing but exceptional service and a true helping hand; I was not mislead in the least bit. Speaking with Greg was so easy and I knew from the very start he wanted to do whatever he could to help me. I was nervous and was unsure of how getting a new car would be, but luckily I didn't need to worry. There were some obstacles, but never once did anyone in the place make me feel like things were anywhere close to impossible. Positive vibes were flowing through everyone and everywhere. A truly exceptional customer service experience is an on point statement; I could not describe it any more perfectly. I am beyond thankful for the help that I received and will always be grateful to Greg, Ray, Chris, and the rest of the Ciocca family. A good experience from start to finish Seeking a compact SUV, after considerable research I narrowed my choices to two: Toyota RAV4 (I was currently driving a 2001 RAV4) and the Subaru Fore Seeking a compact SUV, after considerable research I narrowed my choices to two: Toyota RAV4 (I was currently driving a 2001 RAV4) and the Subaru Forester. After my experience with Ciocca, I settled on the Forester, which I'm quite happy with. My sales person, Chad Batchelor, was friendly and knowledgeable, asked good questions and answered all of mine. At no time in the process did I feel pressured. Two things about Ciocca strike me as exceptional: (1) The test drive. After a normal, brief test drive with Chad alongside me chatting about all the features of the vehicle, I had a second, much more extensive, test drive solo. "Take as long as you need to," Chad told me. I drive the car for about an hour an a half, putting it through its paces. This is what convinced me to buy the car, and also gave me confidence in Ciocca. (2) The seminar. About two weeks after I purchased the car, I returned to Ciocca for one of their new owner seminars. It was great. By then, I had quite a few questions about the car, and I got them all answered, largely by hands-on demonstrations. Happily I live less than 10 minutes away from Ciocca, which will make getting service a breeze. I am a Ciocca fan. More

so simple I contacted Greg in sales on early Thursday afternoon about trading my lease for a new Subaru. By 5pm we had an agreement and I never left my desk. I got to the dealership at 6:45 and I was out of there before 8. Everything was explained and there were no surprises when I got there. The paperwork was ready and completed with no changes from the conversation I had with Greg. The financing was simple and easy to understand and Tony was informative and did not make me feel like I needed to buy everything they offer. This is my second Subaru and the first one I purchased from Ciocca, I will keep coming back here for everything my car needs, even though it's 50 miles from my home. I believe it will be well worth the drive. More
