scott broda is the MAN! i,ve purchased many different things over the years, from vws to mercedes to construction equipment and trucks, returning to a dealer several times. i,ve purchased many different things over the years, from vws to mercedes to construction equipment and trucks, returning to a dealer several times. no one has treated us bettter than Ciocca Subaru. the first person we met was Scott Broda who greeted us and then helped my wife find the Forster she wanted. We had a list of three or four dealers and researched the prices and options extensively using Consumer Reports as a starting point. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. He found the car my wife wanted in the color she wanted. He returned on his day off when we took delivery. He saw a tiny flaw on the trim and had it repaired immediately, He answered all our questions and did not try to add unwanted items, everyone at the dealership was great but Scott was really exceptional. we highly recommend Scott Broda and Ciocca Subaru. FIVE BIG STARS!!!!! More

After reviewing their inventory online, I was fairly sure which vehicle I was interested in. It was a 2016 Subaru Legacy. I was greeted at the door by Ray Alvarado who introduced me to Jeff Staver. Jeff showed me the car I asked about and explained all the features this car had. I was sold. We went inside and Jeff went over other options that were available for this vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured or did I feel this was a sales pitch. We then dealt with Mo Masud for the finance portion of the deal. Again, Mo advised me of what was available, but the choice was mine. The service department got my car ready to go very quickly and I drove it home that day. What a "pleasure"! My experience finding the car we wanted My wife and I wanted to lease a Subaru Forester. There were two dealers in our area and I emailed both of them asking for 5 questions to be answered r My wife and I wanted to lease a Subaru Forester. There were two dealers in our area and I emailed both of them asking for 5 questions to be answered relative to their lease agreement. I didn't want to talk to anyone live initially. I received answers to my questions from both dealerships fairly quickly. I then decided to go to them both and see what they could do for us. I had an older Subaru Outback to use as a down payment. I went to see them both and there was a world of difference in how we were handled at Ciocca. They were quick and ready to show and provide us with a pleasant experience. I didn't get the financials while were where at either dealer but did get them emailed to me at my request. Ciocca provided the best deal and when we picked up the vehicle I couldn't be happier. Everyone treated us with respect and they did followup with us to see if we had any concerns. Thanks again Ciocca. More
