Friendly welcome, great environment and experienced people that without me even asking had all the answers and gave me a thorough tour of the car that I was planning to buy. I'm 1 hour away from them and I wouldn't hesitate to go again if I have to. The selling experience was absolutely outstanding, knowing how painful can be to buy a car, they made it easy, friendly, not aggressive and really addressing my needs. This guys really got it when it comes to making you feel comfortable and relaxed when buying a car. Also, the post sale service has been great. Absolutely my best car buying experience. More
Better late than never :-) My wife and I bought our Outback wagon from Greg back in May. Hence the reasons for my review being months overdue :-) That said, let's talk about Greg. First, just take a look at the Ciocca Subaru staff website. Notice anything? Greg has substantially more reviews than anyone else. Let's be honest now. Most people don't want to bother to take the time to fill out a review even when the service was good. So if that many people did take the time, that right there should be a clear indication of what Greg brings to the table. Greg first of all takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for, not just in a car, but in the overall car buying experience. How will the car suit your lifestyle? What price ranges do you have? What are your "absolute must haves" as well as what isn't that important to you. All of this helps Greg narrow down what vehicle(s) would best suit your needs. Another great point, Greg doesn't care how many questions you ask or how often you ask the same question over and over and over again. Because if you're are not comfortable in understanding everything, you're not going to be comfortable buying anything. So no pressure. Take your time. But choose Greg for an enjoyable experience :-) Note: the reason for the 4 stars on Customer Service and Price are for the Finance end of the buying experience. I know the object is to sell you as much as they can for add-ons and insurance, but the experience can sometimes be a little overbearing and pressuring in their tactics. More

We arrived on Saturday during a picnic type event which was barely controlled chaos and were greeted at the door by Dylan ,he was very warm and personable and engaging. We informed him we were looking to purchase that weekend from whatever dealership had the best deal and told him our color and model requirements. Wanted white color but lost out by 5 minutes to another customer, so choice was between green ,ice blue and black, black became unavailable 3 minutes later so it was ice blue and green. Don't shop here on event days you probably wont get exactly what you want due to sales volume . I went with my second choice of green that had what I wanted without to many extras that I didn't.. Sat down with Dylan and waited for first deal offer, offer number one was way to high msrp sticker number or close to it, explained we were buying this weekend had cash to put down and wanted best offer again, off to the bosses office, to high still when he returned ,at this point explained I had done my research on the median price other people had paid and they were to high still, last offer little high but Dylan was nice to us and I hope he got it for a commission on the sale. We usually buy from another dealer that conducts business differently transparent and no haggles this is what I paid this is what I need to stay in business and is usually agreeable to my price research I have bought three previous cars from there and its a long drive but worth it every time. had to ask for lower credit percent had half down and tier one credit and had to ask for a rate that didn't scream flight risk other dealership runs credit and doesn't do this to us, I had already gotten okayed from a local bank for a much lower rate and was ready to drive to save a lot of money, was able to negotiate lower rate but shouldn't have had to I thought. Delivery was very well done with a nice young lady who explained every thing to me and there is a lot anymore to learn in new outbacks , I don't remember her name and I wish I did to thank her for her patience with my questions. In conclusion it wasn't a horrible deal like I have had at other dealers, but negotiated for 2 cars here bought one , going to other dealer for other one sales tactics used here aggravated me and wasted my time. Employees are great and give great service here but if you don't have a clue your a going to overpay for your car so do your research before going here. Dylan I give you 5 stars you were great for your professionalism. The nice young lady who explained the car to me I also give a 5 star rating she was excellent to deal with. would I come back here maybe only if I cant get my cat at the other dealer. More
