We have a friend who is a loyal Subaru owner, and so we decided to go to Ciocca and check out the Crosstrek XV. Our salesman, Greg Fichter, was very knowledgable and helpful. He helped us find a vehicle that fits our needs. He made our car buying experience very stress free and comfortable. He also made sure we know that he is still available to help us in any way. More

They made me feel comfortable without being pressured and without them constantly trying to up-sell. They made the sales process, which I do not look forward to, a pleasant experience. More

Took 1.5-2 hours to negotiate the price I wanted after the sales rep and manager needed to keep playing games by going out and looking at the car in front of the window for us to see and the rep going back to his office to "work on getting a better price." I wanted to put money down to hold the car, so I could pick the car up the next day to get it looked at my mechanic. Nothing was said about putting money down. The sales rep showed no urgency in me picking up the car to take it to the mechanic. I asked if a certain time was ok, and he responded, "ehh... whenever you can do it, that's fine! [followed by dismissive hand wave] I was also told that as long as I had the deal done by Saturday mid-day, then I could still have it for the same price (it was Wednesday when negotiating). I called in the next day, got patched through to someone named Sean who informed me the car was already sold, and he asked me if I had put a deposit down to hold the car. I said I tried to, but I was not taken up on my offer. A relative of mine went in to speak to a manager, and the manager essentially told them I was a liar or lying. I went in and asked for the manager after work. It took another 1.5 - 2 hours of my time to explain the situation, and get the manager's explanation of why essentially, there was nothing he could do about it. He kept telling me he wasn't there, so he didn't know what was said the prior day. He told me the sales rep was telling a different story from me, so he didn't know which one was telling the truth. He was very adamant that I was not allowed to put money down on a car to hold it. I told him, then why did Sean say I could? He said he wasn't there, so he couldn't tell what Sean had said. Previously, he had told my relative that he was right there when I called and spoke to Sean, and that he knew what Sean had said. The sales manager said because of my troubles, he would cut me a deal and offer me a 2011 Toyota Prius with about 100,000 miles or close to it for $11,000. I told him that was $4,000 more than I had negotiated on the 2007 Prius with essentially the same mileage, and he said, "Yea, but there's something to be said for a car that's 4 years newer." I told him it didn't matter, and it essentially had the same wear and tear on it then plus it got worse gas mileage than the '07. That didn't seem to matter. The sales manager told me he would look for other similar Prius vehicles and let me know if one came in. It's been 2 weeks, and I've gotten no contact from anyone at Ciocca. I had never heard the sales manager's name because he just introduced himself as the sales manager. At the end, he gave me his card after I asked for one, and it said his name was Sean. There are only 2 Sean's at Ciocca Subaru, and I know what the other's voice sounds like because I played sports with him growing up. Turns out, it was actually the Sean I had spoken with earlier on the phone who initially told me the car was sold, and that I could have put a deposit down on it even though he was later adamant I could not. He also let me ask him repeatedly why Sean said I could put a deposit down without saying it was him. He also told my relative he was right next to Sean when the call informing me of the sale took place when he later told me he was not. Turns out, I was speaking with the sales manager on the phone. Integrity is not very high of a priority for Ciocca Subaru. I recommend not wasting your time with them. More
Knew what I needed. Both to the point; deal made First, I have not bought a car in quite a while. My situation was my car was totaled and I needed a replacement unexpectedly and desperately. I did First, I have not bought a car in quite a while. My situation was my car was totaled and I needed a replacement unexpectedly and desperately. I did try to do my homework and it lead me to Ciocca. I was to the point and the salesperson, was to the point. He worked with me and gave me the few concessions I requested. Bam. Done. Also, when I walked into the dealership, it was so busy, I said I felt as if I was in car commercial!! My salesperson's name was Jeffrey Staver. Not sure, but believe he mostly sells new cars; I bought a used beauty. I think even he was surprised at the car and both our "no thrills". Hope this helps. Maria L. Oberly More
Great New Car Buying Experience Everyone knows buying a new or used car is a pain, but not after my experience yesterday at Ciocca. I would highly recommend this dealership. From the Everyone knows buying a new or used car is a pain, but not after my experience yesterday at Ciocca. I would highly recommend this dealership. From the moment you walk until you leave they are totally accomadating and helpful. Trust me I went to several over the last few weeks. I had Nick Spiezio as my car salesman and he went above and beyond what he had to do to make my new car buying experience pleasant. I went home last night with a brand new 2015 Subaru Forrester and I'm thrilled. I also love that after the car is yours and before you drive it off the lot they have a someone, I had Sara Diefenderfer to show you all the features in the car and how to use them. From the headlights to pairing your phone for you. I've never experienced that when buying a new car! Will I go back? You bet! Will I recommend it to friends? Without a doubt! Thanks Ciocco and Nick!! More
Great car buying experience I purchased a new Subaru Legacy to replace my 15 year old Legacy. I dealt with the same salesman as before, Bob Pavone. So I thought I give Ciocca Subaru a try on (6/3/2015, just by reading there reviews I knew this had to be the place. My credit was not so great (bad credit) and wasn't the best. I prayed before I left my home around 12:45p.m hoping to leave with a car. The time I walked on the door was greeted by a nice receptionist who offered me water, I Met the salesman BEN WALSH who walked me through the process test drove the car that would fit my budget and talked numbers.... we waited for the bank to see what they have to offer, it was reasonable based on my credit situation. Finance got me approved with my down payment of ($2000) I shopped for insurance while waiting... even printed my insurance car from their computer. I headed to finance and met MIKE VANOTTE (down to earth guy). Paper work was explained and got my own copies. We chatted and soon after I was out the door with my 2010 Toyota Corolla LE at 5:30pm Service was beyond Excellent!!! More

I got a 2015 certified forester with 2300 miles on it like a new car. Well, I found many obvious scratches and rock chips on the body the next day ( got my car at night). Well, I brought it in and Nick helped me get it fix using touch up paint. Well, I am happy about the customer service but who would feel good after you found out your like new car (paid as much as a new car) has touch up paints after purchase. The dealership should do a better job on car description since it is listed in "excellent condition" . KBB describes cars in excellent condition should have no obvious scratches. Well, I still recommend Nick Mann if you need to buy a subaru. Just be aware of certified cars they have. Look closely!!!!! More

Went to Ciocca not Excellent experience from start to finish. Second car we purchased from this dealer and this experience was better than the first. Went to Ciocca not sure which car we needed and the sales team spent a lot of time test driving and explaining each car. We ended up downsizing from our regular SUV’s into the Legacy limited. The whole staff at Ciocca made this purchase stress free and easy. Special thanks to Bob Pavone and Andy Ehret (Andy is new to the team and a great guy). If your looking for a new or used Subaru, don’t buy a car without talking to these guys first. More
