1st Subaru Experience My wife was in the market for a new car after her original dealership told her that her lease was expiring. I thought that this would be the opportun My wife was in the market for a new car after her original dealership told her that her lease was expiring. I thought that this would be the opportune time for myself to also start looking for a vehicle as well. She currently has a Legacy which I fell in love with, so I knew I'd be getting a Subaru in the near future. TUrns out that my wife's dealership was a year off so she decided to hold off until her lease is due to expire. I jumped at the opportunity to see what I might be able to do with my trade in. I worked with Jared initially as our sales rep and he was able to help us narrow down choices that would fit within our budget. We had been there for a few hours and really got to learn what Jared was all about. He was helpful, polite, personable, and best of all there to provide a helping hand. We didn't leave that day with a car but, our options were plentiful. Before we left we met with Sayed (finance) and had received some estimates to what payments would be. 2 weeks later I returned with my vehicle as I was doing comparisons around the local Subaru dealerships. Jared was out of the office and I ended up working with Ben Walsh. Another solid rep with the company. He was able to pick up where Jared left off and show me some of the options that were previously discussed. After a few hours of back and forth with pricing we were able to come to an agreement . Ciocca has earned my business and trust in the fact that they will take care of their customers. They are very customer service focused and do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease. More

Outstanding Customer Service So we live in Mountain Top and my company had partnered with TruCar. The closest Subaru dealer was Cioccia in Allentown which is about an hour away. I had contacted several local dealerships and played the email game. However, when I did contact Ciocca I knew I was in for a different experience. The first person I came in contact with was Nicole Vieira who was very patient with me. As we really had no clue what we were looking for, or if we were really ready to buy second car. Finally after about 3 months (yes, 3 months) I finally told her we were ready to come look at a car. I gave her the date, time, and what type we were looking for. She set everything up, but she wouldn't be in on the day we were coming. Once we arrived a super friendly Liz Huddle introduced us to Greg Fichter. All I can say is everyone we have dealt with is amazing. Greg took the time to not only find out what is important to my wife (her car), but also talked to my kids. He had a genuine desire to make sure we had everything we needed and not just "sale another customer". Even our finance guy Mike Vannote made sure we knew everything about the load, what all was offered, and made sure to see if we had any additional questions. All an all an amazing experience. We will be back time after time to take care of this new car and maybe buy a new one for myself down the road. To everyone at Ciocca keep up the great work! More

I actually enjoyed my entire time there and was impressed with all the employees at the dealership...many took time to come up and thank me for my purchase and you could tell the pride they had in the dealership they worked for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car...and you cannot go wrong with a Subaru. The only thing I would change is I should have purchased versus lease...I enjoy driving this car so much I'm pretty sure I will go over the milage! More

Passing thrugh for a casual quote...but then Got an offer I couldn't refuse. Had earlier left another a dealer with a very satisfactory quote, but had an appointment with Ciocca already set. We had an hilarious time and he gave a quote, but it.didn't begin to match the other dealer, I said. Hmmm. Had to talk to the manager. In five minutes, they were both standing before me. Not only did they match the other dealer's price, but offered me a car with $1,500 of additional options. Drove the new car to dinner at the club with my wife. Did I mention that we had a great time at Ciocca. Hey, they don't mention Tom Calianno in the internet office on the list of employees. He made the deal possible! I wouldn't have stopped by if it hadn't been for him. More
