We drove the care we were interested in, on our own ,with no presure at all. We were so impressed with everyone we spoke to, that we sat down and talked with Greg and later that day we drove our new Forester home. Can't say enough about how well we were treated. On a side note, I HATE HATE HATE purchasing automobiles. Greg and Ciocca changed that forever. Bottom line, I drove out of the dealership at 5:45 P.M. the same day with my new Outback. Greg is the best salesman I ever dealt with. I did not feel like I was purchasing a new car throughout the entire process. Greg made me feel very relaxed, never pressured, and answered every question I had with no hesitation. We had a tour of the entire dealership. Greg introduced all the key team members to us. Every team member I spoke with truly seemed like they wanted my business.
