I immediately felt comfortable. The sales staff at Ciocca are very impressive! They go out of their way to answer all your questions, met all your individual needs and most of all, be sure you are Satisfied. They take the time and interest to make sure it is a great experience. When we decided to look at the 2015 Outback we wanted to go to Ciocca and hoped to continue the tradition. We found the car we wanted on their website and worked with Greg Fichter to make the final preparations. He is an outstanding sales person and very personable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant buying experience. Even though he knew our long standing history, he made sure he went over all the many new features of the 2015 Outback. In fact, he called me later that night to see how my trip home was with the new car and to see if I had any questions now that I had some time with the car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with our new Subaru dealer and will certainly go back! More

Positive Process We've been planning to replace our Chrysler Pacifica for a couple years and the winter weather pushed us into action. I've looked at the other cars in We've been planning to replace our Chrysler Pacifica for a couple years and the winter weather pushed us into action. I've looked at the other cars in this category (Ford Escape, Honda CRV) but wanted a ride with a higher vantage point over the dashboard, and the Forrester has that. Turns out the salesman I met is a friend of a close friend, which was nice. After a test drive myself I went home and started hashing out the options and checking inventory, but I needed my wife to drive the car as well. On Saturday things were mobbed and it was snowing so that didn't work out. Had to wait till Monday for her to test drive, and she was on board. Narrowed our choices to three specific vehicles, then two, then our final pick. I liked that I could direct this process over several days and not be pressured to "make a deal today." I think all dealers would benefit if they didn't stick so rigidly to keeping you tied to one salesperson for the entire process. For example on my second visit I just wanted to look at inventory, but no one was available (interested?) to assist me since, hey I'm already working with a salesman (who was off that day). Granted they were busy and the cars are obviously selling well. Same thing when we went back so my wife could test drive: salesman is busy with another customer,. so what, we get to wait? We didn't want to complete the purchase that day anyway, just take another test drive. There should be floaters who could just fill in for no-pressure test drives. We did not want to spend additional money on an extended warranty, and they didn't push that too hard, which is often the case. So overall the process went well and we are so far happy with the purchase. A final piece of advice for all dealers: open on Sundays like the rest of the world. More
