Steve took my mom under his wing and made sure she was happy with the entire process. He was very patient with her and had done everything for her to help her make buying a car very easy. After a few months Steve also helped me drive away in a new crosstrek. I have never seen a dealership like this one in my lifetime. I have not had good experiences in the past with certain dealerships, but I can say for sure I would recommend Steve and this dealership to everyone and anyone. From Steve to his dad and then Jeremy in finance they went above and beyond to make me happy and to gain my trust which was not easy to do. They did everything they could to make sure I got the best price for my trades and discounted the car so they could get the monthly payment to my price range. I can't say enough about this dealership and how great they were to both my mom and I. I will never go to any other dealership and I will definitely make sure everyone I know goes to Ciocca as well. In for a price My intention on a visit was to test drive two vehicles that I was given information from Consumer Reports and Ciocca (the two descriptions did not mat My intention on a visit was to test drive two vehicles that I was given information from Consumer Reports and Ciocca (the two descriptions did not match exactly two vehicles that I was shown). After being held hostage for 5.5 hours I was given papers to sign that did not match my initial information. Not sure if this is how a bait and switch is completed or Consumer Reports is overrated. After I decided to get a price on a similar vehicle after a test drive I was told it was sold. How it was sold while we were testing driving it seems a bit shady to me. Unless the buyer agreed to a higher price than I received. Should have rated this average as this is an example of most dealerships that I have dealt with in the past forty years. More

Great experience, worth driving passed another dealership. I started researching Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago. One night I was on the Ciocca's website, and chatted with Jeff Lobalbo. He was very infor I started researching Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago. One night I was on the Ciocca's website, and chatted with Jeff Lobalbo. He was very informative, and said when I wanted to set up a test drive, to give him a call and he would put me in touch with a sales person. I called him on Friday afternoon and he put me in touch with Nick Spiezio and I made an appointment to go in at 6pm. We were running late and arrived about 630pm. We met with Nick, and after a few questions we were shown a Crosstrek. Nick was called away so we were turned over to Craig Luksa, and Craig went over the car's features. Nick came back and let us take the car on a test drive. Then came the part everyone hates - the price and payments. But I will say this was painless. We did get to talk with Ray Alvarado, the new car manager. We agreed on a payment. The Crosstrek, with the options we wanted, was in transit. We were told it would be here by Tuesday. I should also mention it was now 930pm and the dealership closed at 8pm. Saturday morning I received a call - our car was in. We went in around 2pm and met with Mike Vannote from Finance and got all papers signed. Nick went over all the parts of the car again with my wife and off we drove. More
