Great experience, worth driving passed another dealership. I started researching Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago. One night I was on the Ciocca's website, and chatted with Jeff Lobalbo. He was very infor I started researching Subaru XV Crosstrek a few weeks ago. One night I was on the Ciocca's website, and chatted with Jeff Lobalbo. He was very informative, and said when I wanted to set up a test drive, to give him a call and he would put me in touch with a sales person. I called him on Friday afternoon and he put me in touch with Nick Spiezio and I made an appointment to go in at 6pm. We were running late and arrived about 630pm. We met with Nick, and after a few questions we were shown a Crosstrek. Nick was called away so we were turned over to Craig Luksa, and Craig went over the car's features. Nick came back and let us take the car on a test drive. Then came the part everyone hates - the price and payments. But I will say this was painless. We did get to talk with Ray Alvarado, the new car manager. We agreed on a payment. The Crosstrek, with the options we wanted, was in transit. We were told it would be here by Tuesday. I should also mention it was now 930pm and the dealership closed at 8pm. Saturday morning I received a call - our car was in. We went in around 2pm and met with Mike Vannote from Finance and got all papers signed. Nick went over all the parts of the car again with my wife and off we drove. More

It was worth drive of 80 miles from central Jersey to purchase what I wanted, at my terms, delivery much faster then expected, clean facility, easy to work with staff in Sales, finance, post sales. I am very highly recommending this dealership. They sell on an average almost 400 Subaru vehicles every month. Vehicle I brought the 2015 Subaru WRX STI is like super star of a vehicle. Once out of dealership on the highway, many fellow drivers waved at us. This is our second WRX. Last one purchased in 2011 and still own it. The 2015 model is outstanding. Love the ride, feel of sports car and easy to ride. Dealership has on display cute little 1968 Subaru, which is must see. More

Collision repair well done! My new 2015 Outback Premium [4000 miles] was rear-ended at a stop light in Bethlehem. Since I had purchased it from Ciocca Subaru [Hamilton Blvd.], a My new 2015 Outback Premium [4000 miles] was rear-ended at a stop light in Bethlehem. Since I had purchased it from Ciocca Subaru [Hamilton Blvd.], and it was drive able, I drove it to the dealership and dropped it off for repair. Rick Diaz gave me the keys to a Courtesy car and had my car delivered to the Collision center in Quakertown, where John Everett and his team handled the repair. Although the rear-end damage was extensive, their completion estimate was 2 weeks, and my car was ready for pick-up 2 weeks to the day. Rick Diaz and John Everett handled the repair and administration from A to Z, including Insurance company notifications & all paperwork, and called me with progress reports throughout the process. The collision repair work was excellent, and the entire process was professionally handled by these two gentlemen and their support teams! More

While they are doing our paper work they allowed us to pick up our daughter from day care and had our dinner, unlike other dealership they hold on your car key until your deal is done or will let you take the car your purchasing like you dont have a choice anymore. Ciocca Subaru is the only dealership we feel like we are not pressure on purchasing car. More
