First time Subaru owner Like hundreds of other people, my husband and I were in the market for a new car around the end of the year. We stopped in at Ciocca on a very busy (mind you a holiday week) Monday afternoon and were addressed right away. The first sales person who we talked to had a sales approach that did not meet our buyers approach. Knowing very little about the difference between the styles we needed a little more hand holding. We were also limited on time but enjoyed our test drive so said that we would be back in. We went back in and talked to Art Berger. We sat down with him that Tuesday and he went over the different styles and options. We agreed that we were looking for an Impreza and selected the Sport Premium. This car was in transit and had an expected arrival of that Saturday. With all our questions answered and feeling very comfortable with putting a deposit down on the car, we agreed that we would be in when the car arrived. Saturday afternoon we got a call and scheduled time to come in Monday evening to review and finalize our purchase. Long story short, thanks to all the help Art gave us on the selection process we are proud virgin Impreza owners who are looking forward to being a part of the Subaru family! We would also like to thank Nick for all his help with the financing. We thought we had a good interest rate with our credit union, but Nick looked into the rates Ciocca can do and beat the rate. He made things simple and easy to understand when reviewing warranties included with the car as well as extended warranties available. Thank you to both gentlemen for your excellent customer service, your in depth knowledge about what you are selling and your patience. We will be recommending Ciocca Subaru to anyone who asks! More

We are first time SUBARU owners and no question was to much and we were treated like we knew Greg for years. I can;t say enough great things about everyone from the finance man, Mike Jones. Friendly but rude dealership!!! Before buying my car my wife & I asked sales representative Bob Pavone what kind of gas mileage does the Hybrid Cross Trek get & he went to check & ca Before buying my car my wife & I asked sales representative Bob Pavone what kind of gas mileage does the Hybrid Cross Trek get & he went to check & came back to inform us that it was 36 MPG. I have come to find out after owning the car for a year that the MPG is only 29 MPG. In addition I bought my car in for an oil change & asked for a written estimate for a small dent on my car & 2 chips out of my back bumper. When I went to pick up the car they never did the estimate & some other things I asked to be done. Then I spoke with serice manager John who had me send him pics of the damage so he could give me an estimate over the phone. I sent him the pics & he quoted me $600 total for it to be completely fixed. I stopped a second time to get a written estimate & again they never did it. So I left the car there so it could be completed. Somehow the estimate doubled in price to $1200. Even though my sales representative was friendly, I don't like that he was misinformed about the MPG because now I will be paying more at the pump & I don't feel that should come out of my pocket. In addition the fact that the service department doesn't do the jobs I asked them to do is ridiculous, not only once but twice. Due to their laziness or stupidity they misquoted me & I don't feel that should come out of my or my insurance companies pocket. I have spoken with manager Steve who has refused to do anything for me in regard to correcting these errors. I have since tried calling Gregg Ciocca Jr. who has refused to call me back in regards to these matters to date. Even though the price was good, the after purchase service & customer service have been terrible. More
