I told him I couldn't decide which car I liked better, the Outback or the Forester and that I really loved my 2008 Chrysler Aspen Hemi. His response was "Do you want to drive one?". Even though he had other appointments, he made time to let me take out an Outback and 3 different Foresters. After a few times back to the sales manager, Nick brought me a deal I couldn't refuse. It was better than any of the offers I had gotten at other dealerships. Nick was very professional, pleasant and very patient with my endless questions. After 35 years as a teacher, I felt like the student and that he was the professor of Subaru University. He explained all the features and even linked my cellphone for me. Sayed Ahmed from the finance department explained the different packages available to me and was quite helpful. He answered our questions, was concerned that our needs for the vehicle were met, was pleasant and was able to have our vehicle ready for us to leave with it that same day. When I take my vehicle in for service, I always use Connie Kern. She is the best and hardest working service employee that Ciocca has. There isn't enough room in this box to type all the wonderful things I can say about her. About a year ago, one of our Subaru's were involved in an accident. We took it to Ciocca for repairs and I worked with collision manager John Everette.
