I am glad I did! Very nice example of salesmanship. You do not need to be aggressive or dishonest to sell cars. You just need to 1) listen carefully to what the customer wants; 2) help complete their reasoning process with facts and data that they may not have at their disposal and; 3) be honest and trustworthy and sincere. The day we both test drove this car we made the decision it was the car we wanted. Our salesperson, Dennis Roberti, did not pressure us at all. He was very knowledgable as well as friendly. We spent the afternoon with him as he made the experience of buying our new car effortless. We were 100% satified with the way Dennis handled everything. He always took our needs into consideration. He didn't miss anything in showing us all the ins and outs of the new car. We were very comfortable with him. Dennis treats his customers like they are good friends. After returning from the gym and pulling into my garage, I noticed that my headlamp was out on the passenger side. Knowing that I would be going out of state this Holiday weekend to visit family and friends, I contacted the service team and spoke with Clyde. He was extremely helpful and courteous to my situation, and instructed me to come in right away so that the bulb can be replaced before the close of business. Although it was 4:00 on Good Friday, they were able to assist me in replacing the headlamp and getting me on my way in record time. I' am very appreciative of such a well organized and helpful service team for all of their quick work and attention to detail (even washing the car) that was provided. Mr. Moyer takes the necessary time to fully explain every detail of the purchasing experience and especially wants you to understand all the new technologies on your new vehicle. The financing and management staff were willing to rework the finances to a point that I was comfortable with the transaction. I'm very pleased with the time they put into making me happy. We had a great and knowledgeable conversation, and went to check out a couple of cars. At no time did I feel pressured or "sold up to" -- it was obvious he was trying to pinpoint my taste to give me the right experience. I found an Impreza that I liked (I liked the Legacy but wanted to stay within my budget) and I was driving the car away in no time. The financing was easy and comprehensible, and the options they offered were just that - offered, not pushed. I would consider this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. More
