Ciocca Subaru - Service Center

I am always pleased with the service I get at either the express or main garage. I had my car in for inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and to fix my air conditioner it was blowing hot air. She sent me a video to watch of what they were doing on the car. Also she kept texting me with updates which was awesome. She gave me an estimate of what the AC was going to be before I said ok to fix it. This might have been one of the best times I had with Subaru. We have been customers of Ciocca Subaru for many years. We have always been treated very well by everyone there, including the sales, service, and finance departments. The service department does tend to *suggest* extra work over what we bring the car in for, but they never push when we politely decline. It’s unfortunate that in today’s environment everything has gotten so expensive that they are now offering financing for servicing, at rates of 9-34%. They even charged us $4.50 just to write up the service report. And quoted us about $175 to mount and balance tires, a service that used to be free when buying the tires, and $10 to top off the coolant, which also used to be free. As it becomes harder for us to afford dealer servicing we are going to have to start doing more ourselves. Our service person Imani was excellent, though. Thank you. More

xxxxxxxx. Told me I have a free oil change. Then charged me $120 and argued about it for 45 minutes. We will listen to the phone call. Ok please do. Can I go n Told me I have a free oil change. I call them out and they say it's my problem. Never apologized. I have the tech grinning and flexing on my dash cam talking about the wheels while updating the cpu. I'm not upset with the wheel paint, I can fix it, big deal. I'm upset they never acknowledged it, and then downplayed and said its my fault. I would have drove off, as they said nothing about it. It reaks of shady people who don't care about your car, and don't know much either. Carwash will destroy cars it's water is so hard it leaves semi permanent mineral burns. The place / business is so big nobody knows what they are doing. It's a xxxx show. The grease ball finance guy on extended warantee scam said they actually make money from free oil changes. Then they fight me over a free one they said I have. My tire pressure was mid 40s when i bought the car. And at the recent shop visit with the new tires put on it was 39,38,37,36. Manufacturer says 33 cold, these were all cold readings. They broke 2 ceenter wheel caps, what? Replaced free but it shows the quality of workmanship. No touchless balancer??!?!?!? Total snakeoil sales people. . I could write a book. I dread going here. Run. Never again. More

I asked him how much the services would be he let me know it would be 131$. I told him over the phone they told me 90$ and he horned the price I was told. I was in shock ! Most place theses days wouldn’t have done that because they have bad customer service. But he offered it. I am extremely satisfied 10/10 for this particular experience !!!! More
