The car was purchased on May 18th not the 22nd. I just called on Friday the 10th and still no tags, they are saying it is going to be next week now. Supposedly they have been at the NJ DMV now. They are blaming the title company for sending the title to the previous owner instead of sending it to your dealership. Someone in you title department needs to be a little more proactive. This is my very first car I have financed, and I know I’m just one customer and I am not having much impact on your business, but I will never purchase a vehicle from you again. I even regret buying your extended warranty because I don’t want to set foot in your place of business again. I will do everything in my ability to tell everyone anything positive about your supposedly number one Subaru dealership.
