1. The person who inspected my car said I needed new wipers when they were replaced 12/27/25 - less than 4 months ago. After I objected, they "re-examined" and said it was plant debris but wipers were otherwise fine. 2. After I had 2 new tires installed last summer, the TPMS system no longer worked ... I called Ciocca and was told I could go in on Saturday to wait for service. I could not waste one of my 2 days off waiting to fix something that I should not need to fix so I said forget it. When I went to Ciocca this time, they said the problem was the batteries that coincidentally failed at the same time I had the new tires installed. The customer service rep did agree to reduce the charge to replace the sensors but I never should have been charged in the first place. Later, I remembered that I found a part of the sensor in my driveway shortly after the TPMS system failed. I did show it to the service person stating that I knew the sensor was damaged and that they took advantage of an older single female client. 3. I also had 2 tires replaced this time and now the ride is VERY noisy - wonder what they screwed up this time?! I will never return to Ciocca and I will never buy another Subaru! More

Jeremy Glick is always professional and polite! Went in with an issue with my Subaru Eyesight safety system and they had it fixed in no time! Great service here and the facility is incredible.
