I purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek Sport from Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia, March 4, 2023. In addition to a "no pressure", comfortable sales experience, once I settled on the Crosstrek Sport, this brand new dealership had several cars in different colors, in house, to choose from. I was able to test drive the car I wanted, painlessly get through the financial portion of the sale, and review all of the cars features and technical bells and whistles with their "tech guy" Will. Since driving off the lot I have had several follow up calls with both Ken and Will regarding my driving experience to-date, and answering any specific technical or other questions I had about my new car and its features. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia, and Ken and Will, to anyone looking to purchase a new or even pre-owned Subaru without the anxiety usually experienced with the process. Our Subaru experience was great. My husband and I setup an appointment earlier. We were turning in a leased car for a new one. This was our first time visiting Ciocca Subaru. So My husband and I setup an appointment earlier. We were turning in a leased car for a new one. This was our first time visiting Ciocca Subaru. So as we drove up there was a valet to park our car. Walking in the dealership there was someone to greet and direct us to our salesperson (Wyatt Adam). After introductions we were seated and asked if there was anything we needed to make us more comfortable (water or something). Wyatt asked questions of our wants and needs and listened. After the exchange of information he showed us some cars and I test drove one a little higher than what we were looking for but the one we asked about was not coming in for a couple more weeks. This gave us a chance to drive the new cars and note the changes. The car was very comfortable and easy to maneuver in and out of traffic. While we were reviewing the cars and test driving, the Ciocca team, reassessed our car for the trade-in value. Our car had very low mileage and in excellent condition so we were able to make a deal on the car I test drove. Working with Wyatt, Samuel and Tyler and the whole Ciocca Subaru team, from sales to financials was a great experience. No Pressure or boiler room tactics. They were all very knowledgeable about the cars and financial information and able to answer all our questions. We were very satisfied and look forward to working with Ciocca Subaru in the future.
