Dealerships usually have a reputation of not always having the best interest of the customer. This is not the experience that I have had with Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia. I had a major problem with t having the best interest of the customer. This is not the experience that I have had with Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia. I had a major problem with the engine of my 2011 Forester. Mathew gave me excellent service and communicated with a family friend about the suggested repairs to give me reassurance about the cost of estimated repairs which was a big cost for me (4K+). I was also able to have a loaner to minimize my inconvenience. Vince King was instrumental in getting me into the loaner with a full introduction to the model. Upon picking up my car Mathew took the time to review my invoice and answer all of my questions which made the expenditure a bit more palatable. I expect that I will continue to use I Ciocca Subaru in Philadelphia for the life of my vehicle. More

Got a nail in the tire of our Ascent the weekend before leaving for a long drive down the coast. Even though it was a Saturday morning when I called they were able to get me in the same day to repair the t leaving for a long drive down the coast. Even though it was a Saturday morning when I called they were able to get me in the same day to repair the tire. Customer service from Nicole was outstanding as well as with the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment. Once arrived we just pulled up to automatic doors in the service bay and dropped the car off with service dept. About an hour later (they ended up having to replace the whole tire due to location of the nail puncture) we were done and on our way and being that we purchased this vehicle from Ciocca with the tire and wheel protection the replacement was at no cost to us. Nicole kept us updated via text on the status of the car as well when they needed to replace the tire instead of repair the tire. Bonus for there being a park right across from the service bay so you can relax there while waiting for your vehicle if you don’t want to wait in their waiting room (which is also spacious and has a big screen tv). This is a new facility so the service bay and waiting rooms were very nice and a night and day difference from dealing with Jeep service departments and their staff. More
First service visit for routine service, and State inspection. The process could’ve been easier starting with booking the appointment to Jeremy‘s check in and updates. I even ran into Gregg Ciocca while I was waiting for the Lyft Jeremy set up to take me home. He couldn’t have been nicer. Wow! First, I have to say that Meghan D. is the best service advisor they have! Not that the rest aren’t great, but Meghan is just that special! She kept me in the loop the entire time, and worked with me to ensure that everything got resolved quickly and efficiently! I am so thankful for Ciocca Subaru of Philly for taking care of me and taking care of my car!! I also interacted with Luke R., Antonio R., and Thien T. - all super professional, personable, and so helpful! I gotta say, taking your car in for service is usually not a great experience (obviously - something has gone wrong!) but somehow Ciocca Subaru makes it enjoyable…?! I am so thankful for the Ciocca Subaru team, and especially Meghan! More
