There’s a lack of coordination on the person who talks to the customers and the people who work at the dealership when you send them paperwork electronically or through email the financing department. Our manager doesn’t have it when you go there so you have to wait for a couple of hours for them to find out and that’s frustration for clients, I think customer satisfaction is very important and people should communicate and forward all those information to person was entertaining the clients .
