We're very sorry for the experience you had, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it was to take time off work, only to learn the necessary part wasn’t available, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused. Additionally, we acknowledge that a part was installed without your approval, which should never have happened. This was a mistake on our end, and after speaking with you directly, our service manager is mailing a refund to make this right. We take full responsibility and are addressing this internally with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. While we understand your disappointment, we hope you’ll accept our sincere apology and hope to possibly earn back your trust. If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to reach out or visit us here at Ciocca Subaru of York.
