Their service is good. I would recommend. The only thing I don't like is they're always saying something else should be done. I get the sell and they aren't pushy. I I would recommend. So, when they say this should be done, etc....I'm skeptical.. Does it really?? The previous owner of this particular dealership was excellent (I was sad when they sold) I trusted them totally and when they told me something shoukd be taken care of I'd be like okay....because they never tried to sell me something that my car needed done. Unless, it really did and they explained why. I'm sure Ciocca is only doing what their corporate tells them. I can tell you though I'm not the only one who doesn't like the sell of more work being done on vehicle. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service. More

Had an appt scheduled for first thing anbd I told them that I would drop off the night before. I did and no one looked in the overnight box until 2pm…my car was not done until the next day and was suppos that I would drop off the night before. I did and no one looked in the overnight box until 2pm…my car was not done until the next day and was supposed to be done by 5pm. I had to come get a loaner and waste an hour driving. I write and told them how to make the sounds I was hearing. I told three people the same thing before they did what I said and found the issue. Have not been impressed so far! I have a brand new car. Update: when we went to use the third seat-seatbelts they were stuck instead the panel of the car from when they did the recall. I had to bring the car back again for those to be corrected. They did offer and bring my car back to me at work. That was greatly appreciated. More
