Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport

Visited dealership to have oil changed and made them aware that there was metal shaving in the oil. Per Service salesman they stated that they didnt see any metal shaving and stated the following "it co aware that there was metal shaving in the oil. Per Service salesman they stated that they didnt see any metal shaving and stated the following "it could have been a air bubble on the dip stick ". This makes no sense. The day before going to the dealer ship took the truck to a local garage for an oil change and before he started to change he notice the metal shaving on the dip stick and he pulled the oil filter out and and found alot of metal shaving in the filter. At this he stated to take to the dealership and have them change the oil and have it checked. So did this today 7/22 and was told they couldnt find any metal shaving nor see anything in the filter per the service guy. This problem has been going on since we have purchased the truck. I feel they didnt check it they just changed the oil and sent us on out way. Plus they tried to say the truck needed all kind of thing and it didnt need it. More

Customer service went to xxxx since they bought out Fairfield Toyota. They do everything by text messages and don't call you.
