Looking for support after the sale... keep on looking you won't find it here. This story begins with front rotor wear on my car, which I felt was extremely premature. I opened a case with VWoA who followed up with the service manager of this dealership and received incorrect information about my case. Seeking an explanation as to why this occurred I called the dealership and asked that someone call me back in regards to my issue, 4 hours later when no one called back I decided to visit the dealership personally, I was greeted with my choice of 3 available service personnel, wonder why no one was available to call me back? I was able to meet with the General Manager of the dealership who listened to my issue, took down my contact information, promised to discuss the issue and get back to me... needless to say it didn't happen. Regardless of how my case with VWoA turned out I cannot believe the complete lack of customer service provided by this dealership and that is why I am posting this review. I hope you find it helpful. Professionalism and service start at the top and the top at FCV failed. More
