After my experience, I felt it was important to share a different perspective because it was nothing like I expected. Ciocca is about an hour from my home and isn't the closest Volkswagen dealership to me. I only scheduled my appointment there because they had the earliest availability. I'm genuinely glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. My service advisor, Cole, was exceptional. He listened to every concern I had, kept me informed throughout the day, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle. As someone who has worked as a technician, service advisor, and service manager, I know how demanding that job can be. Cole handled everything the way I believe great customer service should be handled, and he earned my trust. I also want to recognize Peter in sales. I wasn't there to buy a vehicle, but while I was waiting, he went out of his way to spend time with my two-year-old daughter, Giada, and help keep her entertained. That wasn't his responsibility, but it made a long day much easier for both of us. Small acts of kindness like that leave a lasting impression. I do have a few suggestions, but none of them reflect on Cole or Peter. During my appointment confirmation call, I felt like it was unusual that I planned to wait for the repair. I knew it would take most of the day because of warranty approvals and the work involved, and I was perfectly happy to wait if it meant the repair was done correctly. I would also love to see loaner vehicles offered for longer repairs, along with complimentary vehicle washes after service. The waiting area could use a little attention as well. One of the benches appeared to be broken, and I noticed some expired snacks in the vending machine, which I know is likely managed by a third-party vendor. Those are all minor improvements. What mattered most was how I was treated, and the people at Ciocca exceeded my expectations. I originally chose Ciocca because they had the first available appointment. I'll continue making the hour drive because of the people. Even though there are Volkswagen dealerships much closer to my home, Cole's professionalism and Peter's kindness earned my trust and my future business. I sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve because employees like them are the reason customers come back. More

I scheduled an appointment days in advance to see a VW Tiguan advertised on Ciocca Volkswagen’s official website. The appointment was confirmed again the same day, and I traveled an hour expecting to see Tiguan advertised on Ciocca Volkswagen’s official website. The appointment was confirmed again the same day, and I traveled an hour expecting to see the car. When I arrived, the vehicle wasn’t on the lot, nor was anything comparable. The salesperson had no idea I was coming in, no background on what I was looking for, or the conversation in general. They will lock you in with promises of low prices that seem more competitive than other dealers, only to tell you the advertised vehicle isn’t available and then try to sell you on something else. When I showed staff the online ad, we were quickly dismissed, told it was a “website error,” and essentially waved out the door. The dealership later admitted there was an issue with their site but provided no proof or explanation. Everything about this felt misleading and unprofessional. Even written confirmation didn’t matter here. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time or dealing with practices that appear to violate Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. More

Service center has become horrible to deal with. I had an issue with my washer fluid not coming out. I was given several excuses why it wasn't a mechanical problem until I pushed the issue and they I had an issue with my washer fluid not coming out. I was given several excuses why it wasn't a mechanical problem until I pushed the issue and they found a line that had been pinched off. I also paid $100 for them to grease a squeaky brake pedal, which still squeaks. I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the door handle recall to be fixed. For over a year I was told that the parts were on back order and your technician can only do 1 car a week so I was on a wait-list. I was finally scheduled to have it fixed for today. I was contacted a couple weeks ago stating that parts were back ordered and I was again wait-listed but they would be able to do the software recall and I would be provided a loaner. When I arrived this morning I was informed that a loaner is not available and I should have been contacted Friday, which I was not. I did, however, receive a text message yesterday confirming my appointment for today. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will not be returning to Ciocca VW. More

This place is honestly criminal. I brought my Passat here for a power steering rack install. Brought my own because VW no longer makes them. It was the wrong rack. No problem. But it took about 15 phone calls to be able to speak to anyone and it was a nightmare to coordinate or find anything out. I decided I’ll just pick the car up and take it elsewhere - they clearly aren’t interested in doing the job. No problem. I pick my car up and the bumper is TORN off of my car and my marker lights hanging out. I tell the service advisor. He has the absolute audacity to tell me it was from when I opened the hood in the parking lot which is just absolutely insane and impossible. The manager, Mark, was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had the privilege of talking to, can’t honestly believe he’s in service considering the entire time I was explaining the issue I was called a liar, corrected several times on my knowledge of vehicles (been in the industry for 10+ years) and was told that while I had photographic evidence I dropped my car off without damage. Mark informs me they take photos as well however unfortunately the girl who takes those photos just isn’t in today. Fine, whatever. He calls me the next day to confirm what I said that the CCTV footage shows me dropping the car off undamaged and me picking it up damaged. Then Mark follows that with saying that EVEN THOUGH I DROPPED IT OFF UNDAMAGED AND PICKED IT UP FROM THEIR LOT DAMAGED THAT IT DID NOT HAPPEN THERE. I was getting gaslit by a service manager at a dealership. Insane. I was told that it’s not their problem and it actually led to me having my boss intervene (we’ve been dealing with ciocca for 25 years) and making them aware they caused more than $1000 of damage to my car. They gave me $200 for a used bumper after lying to my face, destroying my car, not returning my calls and treating me with 0 respect. Mindblowing this place is still in business. Forgot to mention mark also stated he had CCTV footage of my car going in and out unscathed but when I asked for this footage I was told they don’t have it and the other camera footage is confidential. So. Don’t come here and if you do, take photos of all 4 corners of your car in their parking lot and your odometer. Or be smarter and go somewhere where customer service is actually customer service. I spoke with a sales manager on Friday at 5:15pm about a specific vehicle for sale. I was told it was available and that the dealership closes at 7pm. I told the sales manager I would be at the dealership specific vehicle for sale. I was told it was available and that the dealership closes at 7pm. I told the sales manager I would be at the dealership when they opened on Saturday at 9am. I drove 90mins to the dealership and arrived just at they opened. The sales manager sent an associate over to tell me that the car had been sold the night before. No consolation for my time that morning and it felt like they wanted me in the dealership hoping to get my business on vehicles that I made very clear I was not interested in when I called thd day before. Poor communication, horrible customer service, and I will never choice a Ciocca dealership for my business. More
