I have been going to Circle BMW FOR OVER 20 YEARS To buy my BMWs and to have them serviced there. I currently have a 740i and a 528i and I am glad to report that with CIRCLE BMW’ s Ray Wagner s help my car my BMWs and to have them serviced there. I was somewhat disappointed in the attitude and snarky dialogue I had with the service department. I purchased the car on December 30, 2021. Less than a week later I had the car in for service because the dialogue I had with the service department. I purchased the car on December 30, 2021. Less than a week later I had the car in for service because the service engine light was on. Never did anybody say “Gee Mr. Aleo we’re awful sorry you had trouble with the car so soon after your purchase.” What I got was, when I was dropping the car off at noon, the service representative said to me, “name” I said “Tom Aleo”. His response to me was “oh you were supposed to be here this morning.” I got a call the following morning telling me that the problems have been resolved and they were going to test drive it and give me a call back and tell me when I could pick the car up. I did not receive a call back from them the following day or at any time. I had to call the service department and find out what was going on with my car. I then asked if I could have the license plates put on the car that had just come in from the DMV. That was a problem. The girl on the phone informed me that I could ask my sales person if he could put them on when I got there. I asked her if I could please get somebody to put them on before I got there. She put me on hold for five minutes and then another gentleman picked up the phone and asked me who my salesperson was? And that he would let him know about the license plates . That was it. This experience was not anything I expected. The sales department of this company is outstanding. The service department needs a lot of work in customer service. Treating your customers like they are an imposition or an inconvenience doesn’t go far in the customer service world. I see a great opportunity to improve on this. Tom Aleo More

Exceptional group of people to have on your side when dealing with getting the service needed on car. A good level of confidence the repairs are done accurately.. and if not they go above and beyond to g dealing with getting the service needed on car.
