Excellent Customer Service Experience! My husband and I were interested in purchasing a used BMW x3. We worked with Robert at Circle BMW, who provided outstanding service, was not pushy or My husband and I were interested in purchasing a used BMW x3. We worked with Robert at Circle BMW, who provided outstanding service, was not pushy or aggressive at all, and educated us on all the vehicles in stock which met our specifications. He then helped us to secure our perfect car at a fair price. Robert was kind, polite, very easy to work and highly knowledgeable. He acted as an advocate for us throughout. I would recommend working with Robert and would go back to him again in the future. All of the staff we worked with were welcoming and friendly. The product genius, Charles, went on a test drive with us and educated us on all of the features of the car. He spent a lot of time with us. The financial work was completed quickly and easily. The service detail work was of very high quality. We left with our car same day. Additionally, the showroom is a very nice space, large, clean, and bright, with comfortable seats and refreshments. We visited quite a few BMW dealerships, and not all are like this! I appreciated their strict adherence to mask wearing and COVID safety practices. I can't recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Was an excellent experience all around. More
