Circle BMW was always at the top of every list so I inquired about a few vehicles that interested me. I wasn't aware that the CPO's are at the main dealership and the other used vehicles are about a block down the road at the preowned lot, but it worked out ok. Went to the preowned lot (in the snow) and was met by Steven C. He discussed the vehicles I was interested in, got me the keys, and I looked them over. Decided to test drive 1 that I liked but wanted to see a cpo at the main dealership before deciding. Steven lead me over to the main dealership, showed me the vehicle and worked with me through the process. Very hands on, but not at all pushy. My wife and 2 young sons were treated very kindly while we were doing the paperwork and everything and the other sales people were very nice to them even with a 6 and 4 year old checking out their dream cars. Having been to other dealerships recently with them, often times you get the eye roll or look of disdain at kids being inside and wanting to touch everything. Hon Fung was very helpful with financing and my options and again explained everything clearly without being pushy and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Was enjoying my 2016 328i xdrive within 2 1/2 hours of my initial stop in. Thanks! More
