Pleasant experience with little price discussion I had already checked out prices on a new X5 including Costco pricing (from that dealer), so I knew the ballpark for the lease. Their first price was right in the ballpark and Ed Lebedinsky understood how I wanted it quoted. Carlos Lopez took us for a test drive (my wife in front as this is to be her car). He was charming and knowledgeable and was able to explain most of it to a non technical person. Then it was off to the finance department. No hard sell and actually had a suggestion or 2 to reduce my payment. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

However I remember Circle BWM, I had a pleasant experience there, when I had an emergency service need to my M550 BMW. I never forgot that one of the lead salesman said to me, he love my car and anytime I’m ready to trade it in, come to Circle BMW, and they would take good care me ! That was a true statement! Circle treatment and customer service sale department was excellent! They will be my dealer ! Plus I traveled 75 miles to get to their dealership, it was worth every mile! More
