I spent the next few hours explaining the vehicle and options I wanted and Tathiana had a new car order form completed for me to sign. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the various options and gave me straight forward recommendations on things I was not familiar with. The new 540xi arrived early and we quickly set up a date to turn in my "old" 535 and pick up the new 540. That happened last week and I couldn't be happier. More
