While BMW Genius was helping me get up to speed on the car Robert was working the paper work. When I returned all paper work was ready. I signed the paper work and off went home. He sought first to understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle, did not criticize the Mercedes Benz that I was currently driving even though I was seriously considering another Mercedes Benz as my next vehicle, and was able to provide a compelling comparison of the differences in the make, feel and drive of the two types of automobile manufacturers. John is someone that I expect to develop a long-term business relationship with as he made me a believer in the BMW brand. During the search process I felt no pressure to make a decision and John was very responsive to all of my questions. In the end he found the exact vehicle that matched my equipment criteria in fairly short order. The model and equipment package that I selected was in short supply.
